- What is RawMeat.com all about?
We're dedicated to finding fun and interesting stuff on the Internet and posting it here for all to enjoy. We cater especially to those who are bored out of their minds and have nothing to do.
- How much does it cost to be a member?
NOTHING! It's 100% free! No jumping through hoops, giving up your first born, or taking out a second mortgage. Once you're a member, you can submit cool links you've found, leave comments and create a personal profile so others can learn a little about you.
- How do I vote?
You can either click on the current voting score (the number in parenthesis) or one of the rating "bones" next to the link you want to rate. Whichever you click, a window will pop up asking what score you'd like to rate that link (with 1 being the worst and 5 the best).
- How do I post comments?
Once you're a member, all you have to do is click "Read/Add" that appears next to the link you want to write a comment for. It will take you to a page of comments already posted for that link and a place for you to write your own.
- What are the Top Members and how can I be one?
They are members who contribute most to the website. Basically, they are the ones with the most links submitted and approved, the most links rated, the most comments posted, and so on. Here's the breakdown for the Overall Points list:
Each link you rate: 1 point
Each comment you post: 3 points
Each link you submit that appears on the site: 5 points
Each friend you get to sign up for the site (using your referral link): 8 points
- What are Referrals?
Referrals are your friends that signed up for Raw Meat using the special referral link provided in the "Your Stats" section (which you can access once you're a member).
- Why should I care about the Top Members lists?
That's easy! In the near future, we're going to start offering cool prizes for the top members. Get started now, because the earlier you do, the better chance you'll have of winning some great stuff!
